By making a booking with Elite Apartments Bogota through our website or otherwise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Method of payments: For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure on line payment system provided by Google. Payment must be made by the person occupying the apartment. We do not accept credit cards from third parties not occupying the apartment, unless is a corporate business credit card.

Payment Terms: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of making a reservation; this initial payment will guarantee the reservation and will block-out the dates requested. Security deposit amount is indicated in our website under each apartment. Total booking must be paid before check-in. The apartment cannot be accessed until we have received the payment in full prior to check-in.

Check-in time: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You have the option to inform use your arrival time and one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the apartment to provide you with the keys and instructions for your stay. You also have the option to reserve an Airport Car Service through www.elitecarservicebogota.comand one of our representatives will wait for you at the airport and will drive you in a safe and comfortable vehicle to the apartment providing you with the keys and instructions for your stay.

After Hours Check-in: If you are arriving after 10:00 pm there will be a late night fee of U$20.00 to have a representative wait for your at the apartment. This fee is waived if you book an Airport Car Service through www.elitecarservicebogota.com

Keys: Each apartment comes with 2 full sets of keys. In the event that you return the apartment to us without the the 2 full sets of keys, you agree to pay U$100.00 to cover key / lock replacement.

Check-out time: 2:00 pm

After Hours Availability: We are available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days per week. You may contact us after hours in the U.S. at +1.305.600.4410 or in Bogotá at +57.317-500-5954 and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Non-Smoking Apartment: You are not permitted to smoke in the apartment. This is for the benefit of future tenants. You agree that if you do, we will charge you an amount of U$200.00 to cover the cost of having the apartment professionally deodorized.

Three night minimum stay period: We have a three night minimum stay period. Any booking made for shorter period will not be accepted.

Cancellations: We will refund any amount you have paid to secure your booking (less a $50 handling fee) if you cancel your booking within 15 calendar days from the check-in date, otherwise we will not issue a refund. This is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss we are likely to incur as a consequence of a late cancellation.

Early departure: You will not be entitled to any refund for vacating early.

*Airport Transportation: For your convenience, we offer airport pick-up service through www.elitecarservicebogota.com.

*Maid Service: The standard price includes cleaning upon your departure, to leave the apartment in good cleaning order. Nonetheless, we offer an optional maid service upon your request for an additional fee of U$25.00 per day. This includes full apartment cleaning, linen change and cooking if desired.

Damage: It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay.

Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.

Occupants: Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment must not be exceeded. In the case of infringement of this condition, we reserve the right to demand your immediate departure from the apartment and the termination of the contract, without any compensation or refund.

Safety and Security: For your safety and consideration to families in the building, prostitution activities are strictly prohibited and in the event you enter a prostitute to the Apartment, you will be immediately evicted without any entitlement to any refund.

During your stay, please make sure you lock windows and the door when leaving the premises. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or valuable left on the apartment. We take strict security controls to make sure your stay is safe and secure, but there may be circumstances that are beyond our control.

For your convenience, there is a security lock box in the apartment. Please make use of it. Please do not leave valuables in your apartment. We will not be liable for any loss you incur as a consequence of someone breaking into the apartment and stealing your valuables.

Parties: You are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED FROM HOLDING ANY TYPE OF PARTY OR OTHER GATHERING IN THE APARTMENT. If you hold a party in the apartment, you will be immediately evicted without any entitlement to any refund. Parties seriously disrupt other tenants in the building, which seriously adversely affects our ability to continue using the apartment for the purposes of our business.

Consideration of other tenants: In consideration of other tenants, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Noise: Even though our apartments are located in quiet residential neighborhoods you may experience noise originating from sirens, motor vehicles, barking dogs, garbage trucks and possibly neighbors which are beyond our control.

Pets: Not allowed.

Utilities, Telephone, Cable TV and Internet Access: Included in the rental rate. However, we ask you to turn off the lights and water when leaving the premises. Local telephone is included with an unlimited local calling plan. No long distance service is available.

Repairs, state of apartment etc: We will ensure that all appliances etc. in the apartment are working properly and the apartment is spotlessly clean. If you notify us of a faulty appliance, that the apartment is not spotlessly clean, or of something wrong with the apartment, we will take steps to have the fault corrected as soon as possible.

Exclusion of liability: We do not control the buildings in which our apartments are located. Accordingly, you agree that we are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment, e.i, by water coming into the apartment from the common area, short circuit, fire, storm, flood, etc.

Personal Travel Insurance: For your peace of mind when traveling, we recommend you to subscribe to a personal travel insurance covering yourself, every member of your party, your luggage and your party's luggage, cash, jewels, valuables, etc.

ELITE APARTMENTS BOGOTA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE. ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT INCLUDED ON THIS PAGE ARE SUBJECT TO THE SOLE DESCRETION OF ELITE CAR SERVICE BOGOTA
